Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: September 16, 2026

AgentAfterburner is operated by Agent Afterburner LLC. Final vendor list, retention schedule, state supplements and contact details should be reviewed before public launch.

1. Scope and information

Agent Afterburner LLC may process account and brokerage roles, CRM and client details, property and offer data, contracts and uploaded files, billing status, communications, integrations, AI prompts and outputs, review actions, device, security and usage logs. A customer organization may control its uploaded records; Agent Afterburner LLC generally processes those records to provide the service.

2. Uses and disclosures

We use information to provide, secure and improve authorized workflows; organize and analyze documents; communicate about accounts and missed payments; prevent fraud; support portability and retention; comply with law; and enforce agreements. We disclose information to authorized workspace users, contracted processors, user-directed integrations, advisers, authorities when legally required, and parties necessary to protect rights and safety.

3. No sale at launch

Agent Afterburner LLC does not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising at launch. We do not sell private transaction documents, client files or CRM databases. Private customer content is not used to train general-purpose models unless the customer separately and expressly authorizes it. If future practices trigger a statutory “sale,” “sharing” or targeted-advertising definition, we will provide required notice and choices before that practice begins.

4. Merger, sale or acquisition

Information and service assets may transfer in due diligence or as part of financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset or equity sale, bankruptcy or a similar transaction, subject to confidentiality, security, minimization and applicable law. A successor may continue the service under existing commitments. Materially different future uses require legally required notice, consent and opt-out rights; a transfer itself does not make private files public.

5. Retention and nonpayment

Information is retained while accounts are active and as reasonably necessary for transaction records, brokerage supervision, claims, tax and payment records, fraud prevention, backups and statutory duties. Suspension for nonpayment does not immediately delete records. Account schedules, export windows, deletion workflows and backup expiration must be configured before launch.

6. Security and client packages

We use access controls, tenant scoping, private storage, logging and reasonable safeguards. Client document packages use revocable, expiring tokens and may require recipient-email matching. No safeguard eliminates all risk; recipients should not forward access links.

7. Atlas outcome learning

Brokerages may choose Private Only, Anonymous Network, or Enterprise Private learning. When enabled, a protected server process may transform resolved negotiation outcomes into minimized observations designed to exclude names, street addresses, emails, phone numbers, brokerage names, client identifiers, raw documents, document excerpts and direct source transaction identifiers. Aggregate patterns require minimum cohort sizes. Learning does not grant users access to another customer’s raw transaction. Changing to Private Only applies prospectively; de-identified aggregate statistics may be retained where lawful and no longer reasonably attributable to a person or customer.

8. Rights and choices

Depending on location, people may request access, correction, deletion or portability; restrict or object to processing; and opt out of regulated sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We may verify identity and route a request to the controlling customer organization. Production privacy email and mailing address will be provided before public launch.

9. Changes and other terms

The service is for business users and is not directed to children. International transfers require appropriate safeguards. Agent Afterburner LLC may update this notice prospectively and will provide required notice, consent or opt-out choices for material changes; a new notice does not authorize unlawful retroactive processing.
